EPSF is managed by its Executive Committee, whom duty is to plan and implement EPSF various projects and activities in coordination with EPSF member associations of Pharmacy students in Egypt, and the IPSF. EPSF Executive Committee members work according to the EPSF Constitution and decisions made in the EPSF General Assembly.
